Orders
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase unless a specific ship date is indicated on the product. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. Orders placed during a launch will ship within 5 business days. Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks of placed order.
Where is my order?
Every order comes with a tracking ID. Please check your email inbox for the order confirmation email. There you should see your tracking ID.
You will also be notified once the order ships. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder and add hello@venusiajewelry.com to your safe sender list.
I just ordered a new item but my order is taking longer than normal. Is there an issue?
Orders during new collection launches may take longer than usual to process and prepare to ship, due to high volume. We aim to deliver within the indicated delivery time for each product and will notify you if we can't meet the date.
Oops! I need to change something on my order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 💌hello@venusiajewelry.com. Please Include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.
Shipping & Returns
What is your Return Policy? (U.S. Customers)
All made-to-order items are FINAL SALE, thus not eligible for return or exchange. Please reference Product ‘Details’ and/or visit our Made-to-Order collection to view which items are considered MTO.
Items listed under the "SALE" category are final and non-refundable.
All other items, unless noted are available for refund within a 14 day window upon delivery. Item must be unworn and undamaged and in it's original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If you wish to start a return, please email us with your order number stating that you will be returning. Shipping fees are non-refundable and Customers are responsible for the postage fee back to us.
Please note: Venusia Jewlery reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if we deem the product has been misused, original packaging is missing, or if proof of purchase is not provided.
What is your Return Policy? (International Customers outside U.S.)
We unfortunately do not offer returns for international customers outside the U.S. at this time, we apologize for the inconvenience
Can I make an exchange?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order
What if I am missing items from my order?
Email us at 💌hello@venusiajewelry.com with a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. We will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible.

READY TO SHIP STYLES
Ready to Ship styles will ship within 2-4 business days from when an order is placed. After this fulfillment period, your chosen shipping method will come into effect. Once your order has shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipment's tracking information.
MADE-TO-ORDER STYLES
Made-to-Order styles do not enter production until an order is placed. For this reason, we estimate your made-to-order purchase will ship within 2-6 weeks from the order date. Once your item(s) is ready to ship, you will receive email confirmation with your orders tracking information.
Please allow 24 hours from when shipping confirmation is received for your tracking details to update.

Please note: Orders take 2-4 business days from when an order is placed to be fulfilled and packaged. Once your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipments tracking information. This is when your selected shipping method will come into effect.

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over $50 placed within the U.S.

Please note that item prices are subject to change without notice based on variables such as gold and diamond markets. We do not offer price adjustments.

A pre-order offers the chance to buy your favorite product before it officially launches. It guarantees your order ships when the item arrives.
